Rodriguez Family

I shot the Rodriguez family portraits last week in Melbourne Beach. The whole family was together for an early Christmas and the youngest daughter, Jessica, arranged for a family session as a gift. It was a cold and windy day but we came away with some good stuff! This one above was not even staged, which I love. I have known this family for a super long time so it was fun getting to capture some special (and sometimes chaotic) moments for them! Jessica is a possible sister-in-law candidate for me (hee hee) and Joyce has been my friend since forever. She will be engaged soon (ring yet?) to the handsome Mario (hope I spelled that right!) Office Before and After!

Well, it took me some time to get to these but I had to show you what a difference Rebecca Patterson made in bringing my new office space together! I am very happy to finally have a meeting place and showroom for all my products! I also have the studio set up there for the occasional studio shoot. In the last year there has been a huge increase in people who would like help with their orders, wedding consultations and clients asking to see various display products (canvas types, metal, acrylic, etc.) Meetings at Starbucks just couldn't accommodate all this anymore so I set out in search of space, then got Rebecca on the job for her unique decorating gift combined with savvy shopping expertise. Melbourne Community Church Christmas Pageant

Mary participated in our church's first ever Christmas Pageant this past Sunday and it was terrific. I put together a simple slideshow to share... here goes.... I met up with the Siniscal family last week at Ryckman park. There are a few reasons this family session was so fun. First of all, I grew up 2 doors down from Brandy and second I shot her wedding portraits right here in the same park a few years ago. I haven't seen them since then because they live in California, so to meet again and get to see this new arrival, was a pleasure. It's just too bad I won't get to do it more often! I do offer travel of course if they wanted to fly me out... I think I could handle that.

Baby Raemi!

I photographed beautiful baby Raemi last week - finally! We didn't get to do these as early as planned because our scheduled session was during the week my whole family had the flu - and that's no good for babies! So, we had to reschedule but it turned out just fine because what a cutie she is! I can't get enough of photographing the Long family. Congratulations dear friends!

Baby Asha

I photographed Asha's newborn pictures last week and what a cutie she is. She was a premie and even though she was around a month old at our shoot, she was still tiny, like 5-6 lbs. She has an older brother, Ravi, who you'll see below. He is only 15 mths and I had photographed his newborn as well so it was fun seeing him as the big brother!
